This full moon is all about breaking old patterns, letting things go and moving forward. What are you carrying that you'd be better off without?
Answer these 5 questions and burn a candle to solidify the practice.
You can also take a salt bath and imagine these patterns/things/people leaking out of your body, into the water and then down the drain.
1. Which pattern(s) am I repeating right now?
2. Does it benefit me at all?
3. Does it hurt me at all?
4. Can I let go of the aspects that hurt me?
5. What would that look like in my life?
